Conquistadora by Esmeralda Santiago

Because so many of us cannot make a meeting in August, WE WILL NEXT MEET ON SEPTEMBER 18. The meeting will be at Jeannie’s house. The book is Conquistadora by Esmeralda Santiago. Martha will provide books and Jeannie will provide refreshments. In October we will read Flight Behavior by Barbara Kingsolver. If that is not available, we will read World’s End by T.C. Boyle.
