The Rose Code by Kate Quinn

On November 15 we will read The Rose Code by Kate Quinn. We’ll meet at Jeannie’s house.

No presenter is necessary till March of 2024!

And we plan to meet at Anna’s house in December.

***AND, NOW, FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT…***

We chose books through April of 2024!!!

We wanted to read all five books that were brought in for the “everyone bring a book” vote, so we decided to assign one for each of the upcoming months.

Here are the next five books:

The book for December 20 is The Woman Warrior: Memoirs of a Girlhood Among Ghosts by Michelle Hong Kingston.

For January 17, The Candy House by Jennifer Egan.

For February 21, Peach Blossom Spring by Melissa Fu.

For March 20, The Book of Goose by Yiyun Li.

And, for April 17, Demon Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver.
